Things I learnt during my SH bootcamp I wish I didn't have to Pt 1

It's been almost 2 weeks since the bootcamp commenced and honestly it's been quite the experience and it hasn't even ended. Being on a team with a bunch strangers has been 😃😶😠😫, the emojis should give you an idea. I've met some really amazing people and some downright annoying people. So we all communicate a channel known as Slack and slack unlike some other social networking apps doesn't give you the benefit of knowing when a person has seen your message unless the person chooses to do. Some humans have taken this opportunity to activate their inner 'bad bitch' by reading messages and not responding😤. I mean, I don't think you realize that reading important texts without acknowledging it doesn't make you high and mighty noo it makes look dumb cause sweetie nobody knows you, WE NEVER HEARD OF YOU, and if we don't feel your presence on the team we're not losing anything. pawpaw.gif Moving on it's been a really hectic week for everybody most especially our sub team leaders. They had a quite number of things to tell us during their interviews. Our main team leader told us her first week was pretty bad, cause her phone was stolen and all so when she finally got access to a device to come online she was surprised she was the team leader (so what were you expecting when you filled the form ma😏). The role has taught her to be a more patient person and she's okay with the role (we don't fully believe her sha). Unfortunately for her, her team wasn't able to meet it's deadline for week and lovely excuses were definitely presented but she's confident that they'll meet this week's deadline (fingers crossed, she can't be too trusting). When asked if she'd like to continue with her role as team lead, she replied, 'Yes, I do with my full body cause I lack a full chest', even though she has to deal with partially active member's and ghosting legends she'll do it. She described herself as a soft-spoken, great listening and bit forgetful leader. The microsoft office leader also said a few things about her first week being cool and calm (do you sense a lie 👀?) although she along with another person were the only active ones on her team which made the role quite demanding. She tried to make herself available though. She did say she's only continuing the role cause there's no other choice (wahala for her). Her team has gone very far in their task and she described herself as a hardworking responsible leader. The Data Analyst had plenty to say but we're just gonna pick what we need🥱. So he said, he wasn't always a leader but he had to take up the role because the main team leader got very busy with his personal life🥲, he wasn't excited about it at all. Due to the last minute change, his team wasn't able to meet their deadline for the first week(excuses🤧) but nearly done for for this week. He also complained (he did a wholeeeee lot of complaining by the way) that he didn't have the most amazing members either, these ones where grammy award winning ghosters, very few of them turned up at the last minute. He described his role as anything but fun however he has dealt with worse in the past. He also added, 'I don't want to do it again oo,make another person do am 🙎'. Turns out he also a softie...hmmm. So many other sub team leads also had some things to say. Coming your way very soon. Watch out😉
